Hi there! I’m Ana.
Born and raised in Venezuela, Ana’s path eventually led her to the United States, where she discovered yoga in 2019. What began as a gentle introduction soon unfolded into a lifelong journey, a profound exploration of the connection between mind, body, and soul.
Through dedication and daily practice, she cultivated a deep sense of presence and intuitive movement, creating flows that feel both natural and transformative. In 2023, she began her 200-hour yoga teacher training, completing it the following year. Continuing her studies, Ana is now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Yoga has become a sanctuary of healing, awareness, and self-discovery.
Her journey deepened when she encountered Ashtanga Yoga, a discipline that awakened her devotion to consistency and inner strength. As an Ashtangi in progress, Ana continues to embody the essence of practice through patience, humility, and transformation.
Her teachings are rooted in authenticity and balance. Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga’s invigorating energy, she also shares the restorative calm of Yin and Gentle Yoga, offering space for grounding and renewal.
Each class she guides is an invitation to reconnect, to breathe, move, and simply be.
