No. You don’t need to be advanced, but core strength, shoulder stability, and body awareness are important. We’ll build up step by step with props and modifications.

No. It's not recommended for people with:
Neck or spine injuries
High blood pressure
Glaucoma or eye issues
Pregnancy (unless under experienced guidance)
Always consult with a physician if unsure.

Yes, if it’s safe for your body and done with mindfulness. Always listen to your neck, breath, and energy levels.

Both. But alignment comes first to protect your neck and spine. Strength will support and stabilize you once you're in proper alignment.

That’s totally normal. We’ll work with the wall first, practice falling safely, and build confidence step by step. Fear often fades with understanding and practice.
