  • No. You don’t need to be advanced, but core strength, shoulder stability, and body awareness are important. We’ll build up step by step with props and modifications.

  • No. It's not recommended for people with:

    • Neck or spine injuries

    • High blood pressure

    • Glaucoma or eye issues

    • Pregnancy (unless under experienced guidance)

    Always consult with a physician if unsure.

  • Yes, if it’s safe for your body and done with mindfulness. Always listen to your neck, breath, and energy levels.

  • Both. But alignment comes first to protect your neck and spine. Strength will support and stabilize you once you're in proper alignment.

  • That’s totally normal. We’ll work with the wall first, practice falling safely, and build confidence step by step. Fear often fades with understanding and practice.
