Gratitude Yoga Class
Join a heart-centered practice designed to awaken presence and appreciation. This gentle yet steady flow will guide you to move with intention, breathe with awareness, and rest in the essence of gratitude for all that is.
Each movement becomes a reminder of how much there is to be thankful for — within the body, the breath, and the present moment. Props will be available to support your practice, creating a nurturing space for comfort and ease as we move mindfully together.
Please bring your own mat, water, and any essential oil you wish to include in your practice.
