Un espacio suave por la mañana para reconectar contigo, mover el cuerpo con intención y comenzar el día en calma y presencia. A través de la meditación, la respiración y el movimiento consciente, esta práctica te invita a soltar tensiones y crear bienestar desde adentro.
El yoga es mucho más que posturas: es una herramienta de autoconocimiento que nos ayuda a habitar el cuerpo, calmar la mente y abrir el corazón. Practicarlo por la mañana te permite empezar el día con claridad, energía y una sensación de equilibrio que te acompaña durante todo el día.

Join me once a week on Thursdays for a grounding and gentle yoga class in nature. This donation-based class is open to all levels and is a beautiful way to connect with your body, your breath, and the world around you.
Yoga is more than movement—it’s a practice that brings balance, clarity, and inner peace. Practicing outdoors adds an extra layer of calm and connection. Come as you are, breathe deeply, and enjoy the simplicity of being present.

Evening YOGA
Join me for a 30-minute evening Yin Yoga class on Zoom. We'll begin with 10 minutes of gentle meditation, followed by 20 minutes of nourishing Yin poses to help you slow down and unwind.
This class is donation-based and open to all levels. Come as you are, and give your body and mind the rest they deserve.
