The result is a balanced, energizing practice that builds focus, stamina, and inner awareness.
Hot Power Flow: Every Tuesday at 6:45 PM
Details: Hot Power is a heated Rocket Yoga class rooted in the Ashtanga tradition. This dynamic practice is perfect for those who enjoy powerful movement and playful challenges. Expect to flow through strong sequences that include arm balances, inversions, and transitions designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus—all while moving with breath in a warm, energizing environment.
Warm Yin: Every Sunday at 2:30 PM
Details: A regular Yin Yoga class where we hold each posture for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and the mind to slow down. The practice focuses on relaxing the muscles, increasing flexibility, and stimulating the meridian lines to support energetic balance. All of this unfolds in a soothing space, enhanced by a soft ceiling projector that creates a calming and serene atmosphere.

It’s energizing, creative, and adaptable to different levels, making it a popular and balanced practice.
Power Yoga: Every Tuesday at 5:00 PM and Thursday at 5:30 PM
Details: This class is an introductory Rocket Yoga Class. Rocket is a type of yoga that comes from Ashtanga Yoga. This class is a class for those who like dynamic movement while flowing thought arm balancing poses. It is a class focused on strength and flexibility.
Yin Yoga: Every Thursday at 6:35 PM
Details: Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to relax and the mind to settle. It’s a practice of stillness, surrender, and deep release, making it a powerful complement to more active styles of yoga and everyday stress.
