Yoga in the Park is a gentle, all-levels class designed to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and move with intention—surrounded by fresh air and nature.

Yoga is more than just stretching—it's a practice that brings together breath, movement, and mindfulness to create balance from within. It helps reduce stress, improve focus, and leave you feeling more present and aligned for the rest of your day.

Come as you are, breathe deeply, and give yourself the gift of starting the day with clarity and peace.
Donation-based and open to all.

Time: 10:00 am

What is a donation-based class?
It’s a class where you choose how much to contribute, based on what you can or feel like offering. From $1 and up.
The most important thing is that you join, connect with yourself, and enjoy the practice ✨

Reminder

This class is scheduled to take place in the park, rain or shine.
If it rains, we’ll simply move the session online via Zoom so we can still enjoy our practice together.
